Twelfth Grade Exit Survey to obtain information on UCLA MESA high school graduates.

The 2013 Academic School Year is almost over. However, before our MESA twelfth graders leave we would like them to complete an exit survey. This survey is to be completed by twelfth grade students currently in the UCLA MESA Program.
