A recent addition to CEED's support programs, Pathways to Success is a series of workshops and activities designed to support students in their academic, personal and professional development. Through Pathways to Success, CEED and its Industry Advisory Board hope to increase the number of students who:

• Successfully graduate from the School of Engineering.
• Possess the skills and knowledge to successfully transition into the workforce or graduate studies.

The pilot Pathways to Success event was held in May 2004, during which students took part in exercises with CEED Alumni, graduate students and industry representatives to better understand and articulate their personal goals and strategies toward success.

As summarized by one student participant, "[Pathways to Success] helped me realize what I need to do in order to achieve my career goals."
