For those of you who have not sent in your requests, if you would like an Academic Excellence Workshop (AEW) for a core engineering course during the Spring quarter, please send me an Email with the following information:

• Your available days and times to attend an AEW. This is not always the same as your class schedule. Many students have jobs, do research, participate in student clubs, and have other responsibilities. Do not send your class schedule just indicate your available times in the Email message

• The course for which you want the AEW

Unless a minimum of 4 students request an AEW for a course and provide their availability, no plans will be made to schedule a workshop for it. Please Email your request for an AEW by Friday, 04/11/08.
